Sports Event in Šiauliai

On December 6th, the annual sports festival, traditionally held in Šiauliai, strengthened the members, revived Christian family relationships and, of course, successfully glorified God on His holy day. As 2025 comes to a close, people arrived from distant regions of Lithuania to sit at the abundant table of delicacies prepared by the hostesses. We celebrated the Sabbath by discussing how the world’s messiah fulfilled the prophecies about Him described in the Old Testament. We heard a message about overcoming pride and diminishing the competitive spirit from brother Tadas who preached. The result: we can thank God that this time we avoided physical injuries during sports. Games, relay races, volleyball, basketball – we joyfully spent all that time in family company. And after lunch, we managed to fit in an evangelization hour in the city, with new ideas for spreading the message, which everyone took back to their own cities.
