In the Baltic countries the Church Planters X-Change held in 2004 in Riga has resulted in specific plans for another 15 new church plants. This year in April 11-17 in Kaunas, Lithuania, members and pastors who are revitalising, planting and replanting churches will have another X-Change seminar.
